About us
DG-Learning grew out of the many years of practical experience gained by Gevaarlijke Stoffen Training & Advies (GSTA). GSTA was founded in 2006 by Glenn de Winter, following a 31-year career in government inspection work.
In practice, it became clear that companies needed clear and practical guidance on the regulations governing the transport of dangerous goods. In response to this need, classroom-based courses and advisory services were first developed, followed later by DG-Learning’s online courses.
Jim and Glenn de Winter work together to develop and maintain the content of DG-Learning. They keep track of changes in the laws and regulations governing ADR, IMDG, and IATA to ensure that the courses remain up-to-date and immediately applicable.
