For many reasons, E-learning is cost-effective. It saves on travel costs, work hours, administrative expenses and costs for the trainer, training room and coffee and tea. In addition, there is no minimum requirement for the number of trainees, making training attractive to small businesses as well.

Students can complete the training in their own time and at their own pace. As a result, it does not come at the expense of working hours and you save time. This is also a great advantage for the student himself. One goes through it at breakneck speed and the other wants to watch everything at leisure. E-learning allows everyone to determine this for themselves. This is also a benefit for employees who are sick or absent.

3. Interactive

Our E-learning modules test students on what they have learned in the previous chapter or paragraph. This is done through quizzes (single choice, multiple choice, sorting and open-ended questions).

4. Understanding progress and results

A clear chart shows each student’s progress and results. This clearly shows which student shows commitment by the time spent and which student rushes through the training with many errors by the results of the quizzes.

5. Certificate

The student and/or group leader will immediately receive a certificate with a validity of 2 years after passing the “final test”. And your employees are trained again for the time being!
